The long-awaited second part of that masterpiece and cult piece that director José Luis Cuerda created back in the late 1990s has arrived. 80: It dawns that it is not little. Cuerda resorts to the same surreal humor as in the first film. Year 9177, civilization has been reduced to the Representative Building, where the dome lives, and a dumpy outskirts where all the unemployed and hungry in the universe reside.
