The Valencian section of Amnesty International organizes this competition once again, which aims to raise awareness of human rights violations in the world. The selection of feature films combines works already presented in commercial theaters with others that will be new to the public. Among the first are titles like Omar [25/10] by Hany Abu-Assad, which narrates the difficulties of a Palestinian couple to maintain their relationship in today's West Bank, Grace's Lives [13/2] by Destin Cretton, o 600 miles [11/6] by Gabriel Ripstein, with Tom Roth involved in the arms-trafficking business. Among the remaining works appear proposals as suggestive as Refugee [19/11] by Diego Lerman, on gender violence, Satan's angels [12/12] d’Ahmed Boulane, which addresses freedom of expression, Women of November [10/4] d'Oskar Navarro, o Tartina city [15/5] by Issa Serge Coelo, about the situation in Chad.
