It took Terry Gilliam thirty years to finish this project that seemed hopeless (he even filmed a documentary narrating his misfortunes, Lost in La Mancha). Gilliam is based on Cervantes' most famous character, The Quijote, to take you to the realm of fantasy. Toby, a rich publicist, returns to Spain to shoot an advertisement, when a mysterious gypsy gives him a copy of a movie he, adapting The Quijote, he rolled in his youth. Toby returns to the town of La Mancha where the filming took place to see the tragic consequences of his time in the town.. G.LEON
