There is no doubt that the Sant Sebastià Festival has become the most important cinematographic meeting of auteur cinema in our country. It is our own Cannes and the world's best female directors have passed through its halls. In collaboration with Filmoteca Vasca, the festival itself and the Valencian Institute of Culture (IVC), The Filmoteca offers us this cycle of films that aims to be an approximation of its seven decades of history.
