The Lounge Society

WEDNESDAY 9/11, 21.30H. 14/18€
16 TONS. Ricardo Micó, 3

Quiet Music brings us closer to the young British band The Lounge Society at the presentation of his first full-length Tired of liberty. The disk, released this summer on the Speedy Wunderground label, has made them one of the most promising bands of the year, although with his previous and first EP, Silk for the starving, that came out last year, They have already achieved some impact. They have shared the bill with bands like Working Men's Club. The group sends political messages and recovers sounds of independent rock, but also post-punk, one of the current British currents that is moving away, increasingly, of urban sounds.
