ROCK CITY. The Rockets, 6 (Almássera)

The last years, Valencian music has lost great bulwarks like Zoo, El Diluvi o Smoking Souls (that they leave it in June), but he has recovered others who left and have returned, with different form, but a similar color. Josep Nadal, the charmer of La Gossa Sorda, has returned to the stage after eight years as deputy for Compromís in the Valencian Parliament. He is accompanied by Héctor Peropadre from Aspencat and a long list of musician friends who have collaborated on the album The times of heat: Jazzwoman, Maria, Jonathan Penalba, Alex Segui (The Deaf Dog), Arnau Gimenez (Malpheta Zoo) or the Galician singer Ses. They have been included in the LP more modern sounds like techno and urban music, but on the heats of La Gossa: rock, ska and reggae accompanying punchy lyrics, who cry out against climate change or claim the importance of historical memory.
