GIFT

THURSDAY 16/4, 20.45H. 20/25€
16 TONS. Ricardo Micó, 3

GIFT it is—literally—a gift. A gift that contains a world of its own, an unrepeatable complexity, and so they prove it a Momentary Presence, their first record. A debut that is, at the same time, the narration of an inner journey and the celebration of a present that slips through our fingers. The project led by TJ Fred he builds a sound universe where psychedelia is not just an aesthetic, but a way to explore new realities. Between layers of excellently drawn sounds and ethereal melodies, the band finds a fragile balance: storms that become beauty, songs that function as a refuge and a voice, that of Freda himself, that guides us with an almost hypnotic softness. An invitation to get lost — and, may be, to meet— live. MARIA M.
