One more year, The essential appointment of reggae will take place under the sun of Benicasim, that will vibrate with almost two hundred proposals on its seven scenarios. In this edition of Rototom we will celebrate life con Shaggy, Burning Spear, Tiken Jah Foky, Tarrus Riley, Steel Pulse, Misty in Roots, Morgan Heritage o Third World. Female artists are also gaining strength, among which stand out Koffee, young phenomenon with his contemporary reggae that incorporates elements of hip hop and R&B; Spice, true queen of dancehall; y Marcia Griffiths. From the Marley clan their children will take the stage Julian y Ky-Mani Marley, the emblematic ones will perform The Wailers; and we can also enjoy the sound system with vintage soul L’Entourloop, and reggae-metal bands Aurorawave and rock-reggae Tribal Seeds. Other highlights are Abakush, a formation that fuses reggae with jazz or gospel; y run away Boruka, leading a wide offering of ska, rumba and cumbia to which they join ETS, Maruja Lemon o The Yegros.
