Valencia is illustrated 2024

UNTIL TUESDAY 15/10
THE RAMBLET. Bulevard sud, cant. Pius IX

Valencia is illustrated invite from 2016 to the Valencian illustrators to offer their personal and creative vision of the city. Since then, almost a hundred artists have participated in the successive editions, as recognized as Diego Mir, Lawert, Laura Castelló o Cachetejack, but this year the project commissioned by Cristina Chumillas has hit the rudder by inviting illustration students to participate. Therefore, it is no longer the established professionals who draw the city, but young people in the learning process, who have shaped their particular visions of the Albufera on a plan, the Botanical Garden, the Túria cave, Valencian traditions, the ficus of the Porta de la Mar, the Rafael Solaz bookstore, the tower of Sant Bartomeu or the Valencian vegetable garden.
