102 years after the British Egyptologist Howard Carter found the tomb of the "Child Pharaoh", Tutankhamun, the immersive experience offers the Valencian public the opportunity to delve into this historical discovery and Egyptian culture. To, using advanced digital technologies such as virtual reality, les sales immersives i el metavers, combined with original pieces of the time from private collections that illustrate what everyday life was like in ancient Egypt. You will be able to see real-scale reproductions of some of the most emblematic elements of the discovery, like the sarcophagus, the mummy or the pharaoh's mask. The digital experience, the great bastion of the exhibitions of the renovated Bombas Gens, begins with a thirty-minute audiovisual montage that spreads across the four walls of the immersive room to retrace the rich history of this millennial civilization. Through virtual intelligence, the photo booth will reveal which Egyptian soul would have corresponded to you and one of the virtual reality rooms will make you take the imaginary perspective of Tutankhamun's soul on its journey to the underworld to face the final judgment. Finally, at the metaverse room, you will be able to follow in Carter's footsteps and relive the most important discovery in the history of archeology first hand sharing the emotion of those who starred in it.
