Transfinito. Yturralde

FACULTY OF FINE ARTS (UPV). Way of Vera, s/n

The Polytechnic University of Valencia promotes the exhibition Transfinito. Yturralde, thought of as one small journey through the artistic career of one of the referents of Spanish abstract art: José María Yturralde. It is also a tribute to an artist linked to the Polytechnic for a long time 60 years, as a student first and a teacher later, who has just received the Sant Carles Medal in recognition of his career. In the Josep Renau room we can see non-figurative approaches based on geometry (a constant in its trajectory), impossible tricks, two cuties result of the mixture of art, architecture, design and geometric calculation and, in absolute first, the last two works of the Enso Series.
