“Is Cuchufleta?”. Maite Miralles Account, owner and founder of The Star Theater, that from time to time a child would call home asking about the mythical clown, that is to say, ella, the other half of Bombalino, that is to say, Gabi Fariza, your professional and sentimental partner. This is dedicated to him exhibition at the Center del Carme about a small puppet company that carries 45 years pulling the strings to entertain the little ones. The concept of family permeates the exhibition because the history of Teatro La Estrella is the story of Maite and Gabi. In The Star Theater. 45 years of history They reveal their most intimate side and open the door to their home and theater. (the same thing). They invite us to join a group of children who attentively watch a Gabi show and show us the scenery of Malvarrosa Circus, the workshop where they built the characters and mechanisms to move and manipulate the elements with wood and cardboard, a Gulliver on the back of a large wooden horse, Cuchufleta's truck and illustrations made by Maite for the animated short Babu's world. Live performances will be scheduled in the last room during the three months that the exhibition is open, because La Estrella cannot be understood without clowns, puppets, girls and laughter. S.M.
