Los Type Directors Club are awards that recognize excellence and typographic innovation every year for 68. An exhibition is organized with the international award-winning works that starts in New York, It travels through cities around the world and in September it arrived in Valencia coinciding with the Valencia Design Week (VDW) to teach us the best typographic design applied to editorial projects, packaging, cartel, advertising, experimental design and student work. Among the hundred award-winning pieces that can be seen in the exhibition at the Escola Superior de Disseny de València (ASAD) you will find the corporate identity designed by the Creatias studio for the Frankie's Burger Bar restaurant in Valencia, so Carlos Sánchez, studio director, joins other leading professionals in Valencian design such as Ibán Ramón, Didac Ballester, Nacho Lavernia o Pepe Gimeno who are already part of the select TDC Club. The best typography works of the year worldwide arrive in the Valencia World Capital of Design throughout the month of October. AU
