Tight ranks

Museum of Ethnology. Corona, 36

Tight ranks takes a new look at Francoism in order to analyze the mechanisms of indoctrination and legitimation used by the dictatorship. Aimed especially at generations that were already born in democracy, The exhibition addresses Franco's totalitarian regime from a didactic perspective, exposing the propaganda system that was used. So, The exhibition brings together various objects that were integrated into daily life and contributed to the assimilation and omnipresence of Francoist symbols and slogans., in both public and private settings.
