Joan Pellicer, The wisdom of our plants

UNTIL SUNDAY 10/9

Museum of Ethnology. Corona, 36

Within a series of exhibitions that the Valencian Museum of Ethnology dedicates to relevant people in the field of ethnological research, an exhibition dedicated to Joan Pellicer could not be missing. Doctor and ethnobotanist, researcher and enthusiast, Joan Pellicer started a vast research project in the eighties, documentation and dissemination of the traditional use of plants in the Valencian territory, facing the risk of losing popular knowledge. In the exhibition we will see photographs, objects and documentation from your personal file, publications and working materials of this "journalist of culture" to whom it is necessary to pay a great tribute.
