From Russia with love

RAILOWSKY. Esteve recorder, 34

The Railowsky Foundation has discovered a very unknown Russian photographer and wants to present him to us at the exhibition From Russia with love. Alexander Petrosyan captures everyday images of Saint Petersburg that we can extrapolate to the daily life of today's Russia where, they tell us, Currently it is difficult to take street photography. With some humor and a lot of skill, Petrosyan takes striking photographs full of strength and color, like that woman in red who walks under a blanket of snow towards a military platoon or that of a foreshortened mannequin that travels comfortably on the subway next to a woman who looks suspiciously. What was said, humor and good photographic eye that has dazzled Railowsky's friends. AU
