‘Tendencias Brillantes’ curated by Tina McCallan, brings together a selection of works that explore the intersection of various artistic languages from installation and video art to painting and sculpture. The exhibition concept refers to the ideas of Feminist writer Donna Haraway who talks about ‘the multiple self’ and the ‘cyborg’. Although each artist has their own unique vision they share an interest in themes of identity, memory, body and space.
