Join us in this Cooking Without Borders workshop and discover the secrets of Palestinian gastronomy with Aicha. during the workshop, Aicha will teach you how to prepare traditional Palestinian dishes (Fatoush, listen, and qatayef) that later we will savor together. It will be a relaxed home cooking experience, where to learn to prepare different dishes, learn the stories and experiences behind them and better understand the situation in Palestine. The vast majority of the ingredients that we will use come from organic and local farming.. There are vegan options.
The workshop is held in solidarity with the Palestinian people. The collection - once the costs have been deducted, which usually hover around a 40%- will be donated to The Zaynab project in Gaza.
The workshop lasts about 2 hours and a half, plus dinner.
It has a cost of 45 € -includes water but no other drinks, that can be purchased locally. You can choose a higher amount as an additional contribution to the cause.
