DESCRIPTION:Join us in this Cooking Without Borders workshop and discover the secrets of Palestinian gastronomy with Aicha. urante el taller\, Aicha will teach you how to prepare traditional Palestinian dishes (fatoush\, maqlouba\, and qatayef) that later we will savor together. Será una experiencia de cocina casera relajada\, donde aprender a preparar diferentes platos\, conocer las historias y experiencias que hay detrás de ellos y entender mejor la situación en Palestina. The vast majority of the ingredients that we will use come from organic and local farming.. Hay opciones veganas. \nEl taller se realiza en solidaridad con el pueblo palestino.
