Discover the pleasure of cooking in the Botanical Garden of Valencia. In this new edition of Planta't in the kitchen, Alejandra Schvartz and Ximena Orbe will continue working with seasonal products from the Valencian garden and will teach us new and old culinary techniques with which to reduce food waste, todo ello mientras nos ofrecen alternativas nutricionales adaptadas a diversas necesidades dietéticas y ricas en nutrientes. En este taller nos centraremos en la cocina de centroeuropa, platos de cucharas, fermentaciones suaves, recetas reconfortantes!!
