The session will address the debate around the singularity of Artificial Intelligence, a concept that proposes a hypothetical reality where machines surpass humans in any cognitive task, transforming civilization irreversibly.

Theoretical limits and technical feasibility

Throughout the exhibition, The reasons why the development of an IAG presents limits that, in practice, make it difficult to achieve. The analysis will focus on differentiating what types of problems can be solved automatically by machines and how the restrictions of computability and complexity condition the existence of general intelligence as it is currently conceived..
