The Aragonese Teatre CheyMoche have adapted to the theater the classic by Aragonese Ramón J. Sender, included in the newspaper's list of the one hundred best novels in Spanish of the 20th century the world. In Requiem for a Spanish peasant, Mosen Millan, the priest of a small rural town, remembers Paco's life “the one from the mill” as he prepares to give a requiem mass on the anniversary of his death. He had something to do with it and it weighs on his conscience.. That's in the novel, In the theatrical version an invented character appears, the sacristan Pepe, as a confidant of the mosen, to bring to the stage a dozen figures included in the original novel that knew how to draw the social fracture that represented the Spanish civil war.
