Exactly, what is forgiveness? A tool that requires empathy, to put yourself in someone else's shoes and know when you have been hurt. Understanding the feelings of others is the first step to asking for forgiveness, but, What is the first step to be able to forgive?? We all have episodes that we do not want to forgive but, What if that prevents us from moving forward?? What if we have no choice?? They reflect on all these questions and their significance.
