“Since forever, butterflies and swallows and flamingos fly away from the cold, any rere any, and whales swim in search of another sea and salmon and trout in search of their rivers. They travel thousands of leagues, by the free paths of air and water. They are not free, instead, the paths of the human exodus”. These are words written by Eduardo Galeano in the book The emigrants, now, and serve to illustrate the journey of the woman protagonist of this own production that Espacio Inestable premiered last March. Moved by necessity, Angelines had to leave her town looking for a better life, in the city first, then to Switzerland, and finally in France. AU
