XVII Intergenerational Cinema Cycle: The MuVIM and the elderly

Until June, MuVIM hosts the 17th edition of the Intergenerational Film Series. this time, under the title The MuVIM and the elderly. What a world we live in, what world do we want? will address issues related to the challenges affecting older people in contemporary society. The project proposes a reflection on our relationship with the planet, the exploitation of its resources and its present and future consequences. The program lists a series of films that, in one way or another, they present us with future dystopias or extreme situations in which this relationship with nature will endanger our survival. we'll see: WALL-E: Cleaning Battalion [20/1] d’Andrew Stanton, Also the rain [17/2] d’Iciar Bollaín, Princess Mononoke [7/4] by Hayao Miyazaki, The naked island [12/5] de Kaneto Shindô i The road [9/6] de John Hillcoat, about the novel by Cormac McCarthy. Each film will have a short presentation and a subsequent discussion by specialists. G.LEON
