New edition of International Medium Film Festival The Cabin, that competition dedicated to the medium-length film format, namely, movies between 30 y 60 minutes long. As usual, The program will revolve around two main sections. In the Official Competition Section we will find fifteen fiction proposals from countries such as France, China, Italia, Sweden, EU, Germany, Argentina, Algeria, Greece and Canada. Stories that appeal to the viewer's imagination, as Ultra pulp by Bertrand Mandico, presented during Cannes Critics' Week and tells us about the relationship between a director and her actress, called Apocalypse and Joy; o Red hands by Francesco Filippi, in which a twelve year old boy meets a girl who has the power to produce a bright red color with her hands; o Electric swan by Konstantina Kotzamani, who already participated in previous editions of the contest and who offers us the story of a building that moves and its strange inhabitants. Stories of families in conflict like Shut up haters of Jon Blåhed, The darkness of Belén Blanco or She looks at us of Lyna Zerrouki. Stories that start from a chance event, a small crime, to trace great emotional worlds, case of tapes like Light inside of Dennis Stormer, Rob Poitiers of Claude Schmitz, o A hard working man of Alexander Schwarz.
There is more. In the section Amalgam, dedicated to non-fiction cinema, we found ten pieces from Japan, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Swiss, Netherlands or Denmark.
