The new edition of this short and screenplay competition supported by the Quart de Poblet City Council. Quartfilmetrags has selected 22 short films to those who accompany them 37 written works that aspire to an award. The program includes, Besides, three special sessions: and tribute to the Valencian director Alex Montoya with the screening of Lucas, his second feature film, awarded at the Malaga Festival, i el curt Marina, the projection of WELCOME MR.
