With its jump to international production, Chilean cinema Pablo Larraín seems to have specialized in the biographies of historical characters of the twentieth century. After biopics about Pablo Neruda, Jacqueline Kennedy, Diana Spencer and Augusto Pinochet, Larraín addresses the life of the most famous opera singer of all time. Like most of his characters, María Callas's life is the product of a certain moment. Admired worldwide, Callas lives his last days between his memories and his insecurities as an artist. G.LEON
