Last June, Alonso Ruizpalacios came to Valencia to receive the Luna de Valencia Award for his work from the Cinema Jove Festival. Ruizpalacios now premieres his latest production. Based on the work of playwright Arnold Wesker, The kitchen takes us into the back room of The Grill, a restaurant that serves thousands of diners every day. Conflicts arise when it is discovered that someone has stolen the money from the till and the workers are being questioned. The problem is that most of them are illegal immigrants. G.LEON
