Wes Anderson's second foray into animated films. Made with techniques of stop-motion, dog island takes us to the city of Megasaki, in Japan. In twenty years, a plague devastates the dog population. To protect yourself from illness, The Megasaki government decides to send its dogs to a distant island full of waste. Over there, among the garbage, dogs try to survive. One day, a strange aircraft flies over the sky of Garbage Island piloted by Atari Kobayashi, a twelve year old boy who has come looking for his lost pet. G.LEON
