Open-air cinema in the Turia gardens by the Summer film library. This year's program is divided into three cycles. The first of them offers us the opportunity to see again some of the most awarded films of the season. The program inaugurates two films with Valencian production: Kepler Sexto B [5-6] by Alejandro Suárez Lozano, Berlanga Award for Best Film, y As long as it's you [12-13], Goya for the best documentary in which Claudia Pinto accompanies the actress Carme Elías on a trip after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's. They follow him Robot Dreams [17-18] by Pablo Berger, Goya for best animated film, and two of the hits of this year's auteur cinema: Oppenheimer [24-25] de Christopher Nolan, great Oscar winner, y Anatomy of a fall [26-27] by Justine Triet, Cannes Palme d'Or. Besides, This year the Filmoteca d'estiu celebrates several anniversaries. We will celebrate fifty years of Young Frankenstein [2-4] de Mel Brooks, the forties of Stop making sense [10-11] by Jonathan Demme, documentary about the tour 1983 de Talking Heads, and the hundred years of Latest [19-20], F.W.'s masterpiece. Murnau. Finally, French director Olivier Assayas will deserve a cycle on his work. Heir to the new wave, Assayas has one of the most diverse filmographies in contemporary cinema.
