The Caliphate is the mestizo territory that forms Andalusian culture, a diversity of voices that, with measure 3×4 flamenco, claims the popular and folkloric Andalusia that looks forward. The Caliphate 3/4 they go through the round of Transits in the Acoustic Nights to do everything but an acoustic concert: the most popular Andalusian traditions and the multifaceted sounds of Andalusian root music, they are suddenly immersed in the contemporaneity of urbanity, globalization and technology in a vindictive and renewing impulse that reunites us with the past in a frantic dance from retro folk future. A whole show of resurrection that is part of an artistic movement that, from other corners of the Iberian Peninsula, reminds us of where we come from and where we are going. CARLES PLAS
