Summer is coming and with it the programming of the already classic festivals of jazz of this station, among them, that of the Palau de la Música, which for the first time expands its programming throughout the summer. And due to the collapse of the Rodrigo room ceiling, the festival had to distribute the more than thirty concerts between the TEM, La Rambleta and the Main Theatre, on we will be able to listen to musicians of the stature of Bobby McFerrin, Kenny Barron, Paquito D'Rivera, Gregory Porter i, for the first time in Valencia, Kyle Eastwood, the eldest son of Clint Eastwood, for the one who has made some soundtracks (Mystic river, Million dollar baby…). There will be no shortage of emerging names and outstanding figures from the jazz Valencian (Nes, Parakeet Sambeat, Albert Palau i Vicente Espí), in addition to l’Orchestra of Valencia in a concert directed by Beatriz Fernández. On the other hand, Jazz Panorama concentrates its programming on a single weekend in July at the Torrent Auditorium, where they will pass Martyrdom I the pianist Chano Dominguez with particular reinterpretations of classic couplets, he rhythm and blues of Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio and the Cape Verdean singer Mayra Andrade.
