Exsonvaldes

WEDNESDAY 6/3, 21H. 16€
THE CRAZY CLUB. Scholar Orellana, 12

After a hiatus of seven years and a few musical escapades in parallel projects (Ravages, Nomdecode Spartacus), The trio Exsonvaldes I reappeared 2023 with a new disc, Maps (finalists). This fifth album has the charm of a reunion with friends we haven't seen for a long time: the Parisians outline indie pop-rock landscapes cradled by a touch of french touch, a music that comes directly from the adolescence of the millenials, the delicacy of which caresses our ears. However, the lyrics are not as carefree as it might seem, and in French and English they express a concern for today's world: the band sings its search, with the climate crisis as a backdrop, of a more pleasant future, respectful and bright. It's a musical journey that we can't wait to live again on stage, since we have fond memories of recent visits to Valencia. B.L.
