El festival de primavera Etnomusic consta de set concerts de música tradicional, folk valenciana i del món amb lectures contemporànies. Comença el dijous 3/5 with Dos Medinas Blancas, el projecte musical que naix de la col·laboració entre la cantant marroquina Nabyla Maan i l’aragonesa Carmen Paris, i tanca amb el grup de percussionistes gallecs Odaiko next to Vanesa Muela [7/6]. Els següents dos concerts tenen un marcat accent valencià –José Aparicio Apa [10/5] i Urbàlia Rurana [17/5]– i completen la programació Gabacho Maroc [24/5] amb música que s’inspira en l’herència del gnawa, african music, he jazz, el flamenc i la tradició berber, i la cantant guineana Nakany Kanté [31/5], que barreja la música tradicional mandinga and the pop.
