That's it

Mercedes Jazz coffee. Swedish, 27

This is the new solo project of the Valencian composer and musician Isabel Latorre. Latorre art is proteinformation: goes from rock in the theater through contemporary music (we remember his vibrant tribute to the accordionist Pauline Oliveros at the Ensems Festival 2017). With Eixa, the music unites all its facets to present songs inspired by the novel The invisible cities by Italo Calvino. The music transports us between experiments of textures and rhythms that we could hardly classify: and pop, and folk, and jazz, it's all at once and it's magical… This exciting work questions the world and society: a sociological and feminist musical work. Shining like everything Isabel touches. B.L.
