From Pedro is the personal project of singer and guitarist Jairo Zavala. With a long musical career that began alongside the American band Calexico, the Madrid native presents us now mercy machine (2021, Warner Music Spain), with collaborations such as Guille Galván de Vetusta Morla, Ivan Ferreiro o Leiva. In his latest EP he takes us to a Zavala more loaded with humanism than custom, which turns to optimism and hopelessness adding new sound rhythms like cumbia, the rumba, country or folk.
