If Benicàssim has the FIB, Barcelona the Primavera Sound and Murcia the Warm Up, he Festival delegates it is undoubtedly the reference urban music event associated with the city of Valencia. Eleven editions ago, the festival brings together the best of the local indie pop-rock scene, national and international, but with a human dimension that differentiates it from the aforementioned macrofestivals. To give the exit shot to Deleste 2023, a few days before the start of the program, on sunday 14 of May in the Almodí, an acoustic concert by the iconic artists will take place Senior and The Brutal Cor, and format duo. I, from Friday 19 of May, the organization will occupy the Jardins de Vivers for three days, kicking off this musical weekend with a welcome party, Deleste Sounds, organized by the team of AndSons Productions and in which they will play the national rock and indie of Dorian, Los Invaders i Leon Benavente. On Saturday there will be concerts by the excellent ones Dandy Warhols, Temples, From Pedro, Easter i Elvis Perkins in Dearland. Finally, to close the festival, and as a novelty, on Sunday from 12 hours, the ToneladasRock by Deleste will take place, a musical marathon for which they will pass through the stage Narco, Those of Marras, Porretas i Subject K for ten consecutive hours. A tempting program that places Valencia and El Deleste - in case there was still any doubt - on the map of top-ranking spring indie festivals. B.L.
