The progressive jazz group Brut & Nature was created in 2016 by double bassist and leader Chevi Martínez – owner of Jimmy Glass –, together with the pianist Ricardo Curto, trombonist Kako Rubio, guitarist Santi Peláez, alto saxophonist Jesús Núñez and drummer Sebastian Laverde. Lately the drummer Pancho Montañez also participates. A band with two drummers who alternate according to the songs.
