He XI Citizen Film Festival Committed (FCCC) of ACICOM opens its doors with a new decade of history and a broader outlook than ever. Since we started the Cinema Ciutadà Compromés cycle 2013, evolving towards the Festival the 2015, we have consolidated a unique and stimulating project, that promotes new models of life, denounces injustices and generates critical reflection through audiovisuals. this year, the FCCC takes a step forward in its mission, expanding the view to all Catalan-speaking territories, to strengthen cultural and linguistic ties and give visibility to the productions of the Valencian Country, Catalonia, the Balearic Islands, Andorra, the Northern Catalonia, the Western Strip, Carxe and Alghero. The Festival thus consolidates itself as a unique opportunity to bring producers together, its products and authors to a committed citizenry, while valuing those narratives and expressions that reflect idiosyncrasy, history and social reality of our territory.
