With the intention of embracing the transdisciplinarity of the arts and understanding that 21st century museums are spaces for experimentation and contemporary creation, broadly understood, is born put the voice, a monthly cycle of concerts that activate the IVAM hall as a space for intimate and experimental proposals.
Result of the inter-institutional collaboration with the Music Sub-Directorate of the Valencian Institute of Culture, this new proposal is articulated in the city where, the voice, his presence, her experimentation and sound innovation is the center and excuse that will serve to detonate plural spaces that focus on her.
next saturday 31 at 7pm the cycle will feature Xenia. Composer, producer and performer from Valencia, in 2021 brought his dystopian first ep to life Ball, bringing her to be part of the ecstatic scene of dark groups in Spanish. In 2022 Xenia released her first album Noise-0, a dark pop lp, much more mature and accelerated, which does not leave aside its underground roots and the enveloping sounds that characterize its music. In 2023 launch next to Margarita Quebrada Alloy, an ep of three songs that combine the most stirring electronics and the most sensitive melodies and rhythms.
Presently, Xenia has released a new album When the shadows lengthen, where we find electronics, urban reggaeton, pop o drum n bass. Its concept takes us to the most dreamlike, talking about dreams and surreal moments, combined with the sensations and feelings we experience in our conscious life.
