The Valencian Institute of Culture promotes this exciting and addictive activity throughout the Valencian territory, which is now in its ninth edition and which was born in Girona by the hand of the playwright Jordi Casanovas. Huit playwrights and playwrights of Castelló, Valencia and Alicante face off in pairs through two thirty-minute texts read by two professional actors/actresses in a boxing ring. The public will vote for the winning work in an exciting tournament with quarter-finals, semi-finals and the grand final that will be held at the Rialto Theater in Valencia.
