slaughterhouse 37 is a guided tour of the old restored slaughterhouse, narrated by a butcher who has inhabited its bowels since the beginning of the 20th century. Through his story, visitors discover the transformation of the building and the neighborhood, from its days of frenetic activity between cow blood and pig screams to its abandonment and subsequent rehabilitation. Now with the transformed slaughterhouse, the butcher faces a crucial decision about her future at the site. The visit immerses the participants in a journey of irony, black humor and memory, and reflects on the importance of preserving the cultural and community legacy.
