Eliana Cinema is a short film festival created with the purpose of developing new trajectories in our cinema and contributing, at the same time, to the exhibition and viewing of all the cinematographic ingenuity that abounds among young and non-young people in our towns, amateurs or professionals.
The VIII edition consolidates its two sections in competition:
The CINEMA AT THE SCHOOL section where students from different educational centers make a short film that will be eligible for a prize and recognition in their section. The section 72 HOURS that transforms the village into a large film set. It consists of the on-site filming of a short film shot in 72 h (three days) in a location designated by lottery with the added handicap of an object that must form an important pair of the script. A challenge to inspiration, speed and to the good deed that this year limits registration to 20 teams. During the celebration of the Festival (of the 6 al 14 of September 2024) the Organization has arranged a series of activities related to cinema open to the interested public.
