VII Golem Fest: Elia Barcelo

The seventh edition of the Golem Fest, fantasy festival, Horror and Science Fiction, He will set the handkerchief, the Valencian festival par excellence, with huge “monsters” of all kinds, since it will take place on Thursday 9 to saturday 11 October, as is usual, in the Joan Plaça Auditorium of the Botanical Garden. The program is full of meetings, interviews, debates, round tables and presentations by writers applauded for their work in the aforementioned genres, as well as literary workshops and a story contest. All proposals are free and open to the public until capacity is full.. And this is thanks to the collaboration of the Valencia City Council; of the Generalitat Valenciana, Education Conselleria, Culture, Universities and Employment; from the University of Valencia, of the Botanical Garden and our sponsor the Dacsa Group (Dacsa y Rismar). With the help of all of them, together with the Golem Fest Cultural Association, who is the organizer of the event, as well as a lot of publishers that support the project, The Festival has been a reality for seven years.

Although the Golem Fest is dedicated to Fantasy, Horror and Science Fiction, We understand that the hybridization of genres is something common and very healthy for literature., so you can find activities that combine thriller or adventure, For example, with the genres that define us. We will tell, among many others, with the writers Ernesto Pérez Zúñiga, Raul Quinto, Juan Miguel Aguilera, Santiago Eximeno, Sonia Valiente, Juan Jacinto Muñoz Rengel, Rubén Sánchez Trigos or David Jasso.
