Timón Of(f) Caracas

What to do with disappointment and pain, inconsistency and hopelessness, other than writing an epitaph? Is a resurrection possible? in the theater, maybe. Timón Of(f) Caracas is the result of a laboratory process based on William Shakespeare's "Rudder of Athens", crossed with the experiences as emigrants of a Venezuelan playwright and an actor in Spain.

In the image of the empty barrel where the Cynic philosopher Diogenes lived - exiled and precarious like Timon- They visualize a barrel of oil. A young man reinvents himself and survives, wanting to save the best of himself; several actors intend to offer a gift to that city from which they had to leave.

A kaleidoscope where times, spaces, characters and actions flow to be recomposed by the spectators: the "there", what "left", Memory, the others who continue scratching the earth to eat, while echoes of dreams resonate, hopes, betrayals and excesses of the past.
