A new edition of the Tango Cycle arrives at the Castell, which this year celebrates its 10 years presenting during the months of July and August, 5 magnificent Tango shows in the historic Patio de los Aljibes of Cullera Castle.
Each date will feature the presentation of the Argentine tango singer Analía Bueti, great performer and reference of tango, together with the pianist from Mar del Plata Mariano Siccardi. Together they will receive different musicians on each date who are also prominent in the international tango scene.: the Argentine composer and performer Luis Caruana in the bandoneon, the Uruguayan violinist Emiliano Perez, and from Paris the Argentine double bassist Facundo Di Prieto. This season we will have a special date that will receive the renowned Argentine pianist Juan Esteban Cuacci and the cellist White Weevil (orchestra of the Palau de les Arts)
As always, the dance will have its privileged place and will shine in that unique environment., and in the art of the wonderful Argentine dancers Débora Godoy and Carlos Guevara, Ginette Montenegro and Gabito Gómez, Matias Lorca, Bárbara Palmer and Héctor Ferrer Sophia Sobotta (guest dancer).
Each show will present a selected repertoire of tangos, waltzes and milongas of all times, where there will be no shortage of those classics that have transcended and that always reach the hearts of the public. And in the complicity of music, the song and the dance, Each scene will occupy a privileged place in this courtyard of the Castle, with the sky, the moon and the mediterranean by witnesses, in a night that, like every edition, will be unique and unforgettable.
