At Villa Indiano we have prepared a cooking workshop to continue with the tradition of preparing the EASTER MONA. Adults and menudets will be able to learn how to prepare the most fun sweet of these holidays. By the hand of Chabe Soler, and with the traditional recipe of its iaia we will learn to prepare the dough, shape it with fun figures, and paint the hard-boiled egg that will end up crowned by colorful aniseeds.
