We would love for you to join us in this workshop. Kitchen Without Borders, with dinner included. It is a unique opportunity to discover the secrets of Vietnamese gastronomy with Chan. The event will take place at 17.45 in To the Palate, Valencia. During the workshop, Chan will teach you how to prepare traditional dishes – bao, rolls – that later we will savor together. It will be a fun and relaxed home cooking experience, where you can learn to prepare different dishes and learn the stories behind the dishes, Vietnamese ingredients and cuisine.
The vast majority of the ingredients come from organic and local farming..
There are vegan and vegetarian options.
The workshop lasts 2 hours and a half, plus dinner.
