Learn to cook Moroccan dishes with Khadija!
We would love for you to join us in this workshop. Kitchen Without Borders, with dinner included. It is a unique opportunity to discover the secrets of Moroccan gastronomy by the hand of Khadija El Owaly. The event will take place at 17.45 in To the Palate, Valencia. during class, Khadija te enseñará a preparar platos tradicionales – Zaalouk de berenjena, meat tag, cuscús de verduras y té moruno con pastitas – que luego saborearemos entre todos. It will be a fun and relaxed home cooking experience, where you can learn to prepare different dishes and support cultural exchange, valuing the knowledge of people found in the Valencian territory. The vast majority of the ingredients come from organic and local farming.. The incoming and a principal are vegan and vegetarian pastures.
The class lasts 2 hours and a half, plus dinner.
It has a cost of 45 € -includes water but no other drinks, that can be purchased locally (2€). Limited places: 15.
